The ideal candidate will bring a structured mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced maritime environment.\nContract: Permanent\nLocation:Dubai, UAE (Onsite)\nPlease submit your application and CV in English. \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan, schedule and oversee daily offshore boat launches and recovery operations, ensuring efficient use of vessels and resources.\nCoordinate with vessel masters, crew, shore-based teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.\nManage personnel, equipment and support vessels to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime.\nRespond to operational challenges, including adverse weather and equipment failures, implementing contingency plans where necessary.\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies, maritime regulations and environmental standards.\nConduct pre-launch briefings, safety checks and post-operation reviews to maintain safe working practices.\nSupervise operational staff, ensuring effective communication, clear task allocation and adherence to procedures.\nMonitor equipment readiness, coordinate maintenance requirements and maintain accurate operational and compliance records.\nPrepare regular operational reports, highlighting performance, delays, incidents and key issues.\nSupport audits, inspections and investigations, while identifying opportunities to improve operational safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\nCandidate Requirements:\nPrevious experience in port agency, vessel operations or ship management is strongly preferred.\nGood understanding of vessel port-call requirements, husbandry services and marine operations.\nGood logistical understanding, particularly vessel supply coordination, deliveries, transportation and port/customs requirements.\nStrong coordination skills and ability to manage several parties at the same time, including vessel, client, agent, suppliers and internal teams.\nCommercial awareness and basic experience with PDA/FDA, quotations and cost control would be an advantage.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nGood Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nStrong follow-up, attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to coordinate across different time zones, and capability to work independently under pressure.\nYou will receive:\nA diverse range of benefits, depending on your geographical location.
