As adoption of Incision Assist accelerates, we are investing heavily in product innovation, AI-powered knowledge delivery, and expanding our commercial presence in one of the world's most competitive healthcare technology markets.\nAs an IT Operations Specialist at Incision, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support and manage our internal IT tools. Alongside day-to-day support, you will take ownership of IT projects, improve IT processes, and coordinate ongoing ISO 27001 compliance activities.\nYou will report to our IT Manager and work closely with our IT Specialist in Cairo. With their support, you will turn policies into practical processes that colleagues can follow and help prepare for future initiatives such as SOC 2 and HIPAA. This role suits someone who takes initiative and can drive agreed.\nYour role\nIT support and operations\nProvide onsite support in Amsterdam and remote support globally, resolving hardware, software, account access, SaaS, and network issues.\n\nManage and prioritise tickets, keeping colleagues informed and coordinating handovers with the wider IT team.\n\nAdminister Google Workspace and other business applications, managing accounts, permissions, and settings.\n\nHandle IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring colleagues have the access they need and that access is removed promptly when they leave.\n\nContribute to projects in the IT roadmap, helping deliver new tools, improvements to the IT environment, and automation initiatives.\n\nUse our IT management tools to deploy software, apply updates, manage encryption, and maintain endpoint protection across Windows and macOS devices.\n\nPrepare and configure devices for colleagues, maintain asset records and coordinate the return of company equipment.\n\nProcess creation and improvement\nIdentify gaps where policies lack a working process, and create practical procedures with clear owners, steps, and requirements.\n\nImprove processes such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, asset management, vendor reviews, and change management.\n\nWork with other teams to introduce agreed processes, check they are followed, and address gaps with the IT Manager.\n\nKeep guidance usable and up to date, and automate repetitive work where it reduces effort or improves consistency.\n\nSecurity and compliance\nCoordinate ISO 27001 maintenance, evidence collection, control monitoring, and follow-up actions using Vanta.\n\nWork with control owners to track access reviews, vendor reviews, risk treatment actions, and remediation of control gaps.\n\nSupport audits by preparing evidence, coordinating requests, and following through on corrective actions with the IT Manager.\n\nPlay a key role in future SOC 2 and HIPAA initiatives through gap assessments, process development, and implementation of agreed controls.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nAt least 4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role, with the ability to manage day-to-day work independently.\n\nPractical experience supporting users across Windows and macOS, with a service-focused approach. Ability to investigate complex or recurring IT issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.\n\nExperience administering Google Workspace or a similar cloud productivity platform, and managing devices through RMM or MDM tools.\n\nHands-on experience supporting ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA or a comparable security compliance framework, including controls, evidence, and audit preparation.\n\nExperience creating and improving IT processes and turning policy requirements into procedures that people can use.\n\nExperience independently delivering IT projects, from gathering requirements and planning through implementation, testing, and handover.\n\nAbility to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive agreed improvements through to completion without waiting for detailed instructions.\n\nPractical experience creating and maintaining scripts or automated workflows to streamline IT tasks. Comfortable using scripting languages such as PowerShell.\n\nGood organisation and judgement: able to balance support requests, planned projects, and compliance deadlines.\n\nClear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical colleagues.\n\nStrong collaboration skills and confidence working with colleagues across different teams, locations, and time zones.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Vanta or a similar compliance management platform.\n\nFamiliarity with HIPAA and its relevance to a healthcare technology environment.\n\nExperience working in a scale-up environment, balancing user support with improvement projects.\n\nExperience using APIs or integration platforms to connect systems and automate workflows across business
