You’ll help strengthen customer relationships, support business growth and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage key account administration and customer enquiries.\nCoordinate quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, payments and reconciliations.\nMaintain accurate reporting, dashboards and rebate reconciliations.\nAnalyse sales performance and identify growth and improvement opportunities.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and varied internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate across business functions to support customer outcomes and service continuity.\nIdentify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.\nAbout You\nYou are organised, customer-focused and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.\nYou will bring:\nExperience in customer service, commercial administration or a similar role.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent organisation and time management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nA collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.\nExperience with corporate accounts, SAP,
