If you enjoy practical work, being part of a close-knit team and contributing to an industry that supports Australian farmers, this could be the opportunity for you!\nIn return for your skills and commitment, you will:\nEnjoy the stability of a permanent role with a supportive, down-to-earth local team\nDevelop practical skills in fertiliser handling, plant operations and distribution\nAccess on-the-job training and opportunities to grow your career\nBe part of an established Australian agribusiness that values safety, teamwork and looking ahead.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and are open to discussing flexible hours.\nKey responsibilities:\nSafely load fertiliser products, including straights and blends, into customer vehicles\nOperate plant and equipment safely and efficiently to support daily site operations\nMaintain a safe, clean and environmentally responsible workplace, including site facilities and equipment\nIssue permits and follow established site safety procedures\nAccurately record inventory movements, goods receipting and dispatches in SAP/D365\nWork collaboratively with your team to deliver great service to our customers.\nThe key skills required for this role include:\nCompleted Year 10 or equivalent\nMobile plant licences – Forklift (LF) and Front-End Loader (FEL) desirable (training can be supported)\nExperience in a warehouse, agricultural, manufacturing or fixed plant environment\nBasic computer skills, with SAP and/or D365 experience desirable\nAbility to work day shifts and overtime as required\nGood communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude\nAbility to safely undertake manual and repetitive tasks\nA strong commitment to safety, reliability and a willingness to learn.\nDon't tick every box?
