Ensure proper use of equipment and follow up on safety incidents with thorough investigations and preventative actions.\nMaintain accurate production SOPs and ensure team members are skilled, trained, and performing to expectations.\nManage plant resources efficiently to meet production targets, including planning for Change overs/shutdowns and end of week cleaning. Support continuous improvement by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing the agreed actions.
