We're a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire.\nProduct Manager\nWe are hiring a Product Manager to help drive execution across our product roadmap.\nThis is an execution-focused role designed for someone early in their product career who wants to develop strong fundamentals in building and shipping high-quality software products.\nYou’ll work across a broad set of initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to take products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for someone with prior product management experience who is looking to grow as an individual contributor PM while deepening their execution, product thinking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.\nYou will play a critical role in expanding the team’s execution capacity by owning day-to-day product development work and helping move key initiatives forward.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn feature development end-to-end: Drive features from initial concept through launch, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, feedback collection, and iteration\n\nDevelop product requirements: Create product briefs and PRDs with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, incorporating input from engineering, design, operations, and other business stakeholders\n\nPartner closely with engineering and design: Ensure smooth collaboration, unblock issues, and maintain development velocity throughout the product lifecycle\n\nSupport launches and rollouts: Coordinate with operations, customer success, sales, revenue operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption\n\nContribute to product discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and data analysis to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization\n\nBuild and analyze product metrics: Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support experimentation to improve product outcomes\n\nWork across the product roadmap: Contribute across multiple areas of the business, with the opportunity over time to develop ownership over a dedicated product area and engineering team\n\nWhat You Could Own\nInclined’s product spans multiple surfaces, including:\nB2B2C advisor and client platforms\n\nMobile applications\n\nClient-facing financial products\n\nInternal operations and servicing tools\n\nFinancial Institution and Insurance Carrier integrations\n\nData and workflow systems that power the lending lifecycle\n\nProjects may span across any of these areas, providing broad exposure to both the product and the business.\nRequirements\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a product management role, with experience working on complex product features alongside engineering and design teams\n\nComfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment with shared ownership across teams and product areas\n\nStrong execution skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong analytical skills and data fluency, preference for a background in SQL\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes\n\nTechnical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineering teams\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nDesire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) product manager, taking on increasing ownership and scope over time\n\nPreferred: Experience in Fintech or B2B
