building features and infrastructure that improve usability, efficiency, and outcomes.\nDrive technical quality by ensuring systems are reliable, performant, secure, and maintainable.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to align on technical direction and product goals.\nOwn projects end-to-end: scope, build, test, launch, and maintain.\nMentor teammates and contribute to engineering culture and best practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field-or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong expertise in at least one modern backend or systems language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, or Ruby).\nExperience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, or developer platforms.\nExperience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).\nFamiliarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.\nAbility to balance technical tradeoffs with product and business impact.\nComfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional
