5:00 PM Washington, DC time\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nDevelop and implement AI Digital Workers to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.\nIntegrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and systems, including ServiceNow (SNOW), Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems, with a particular focus on ServiceNow.\nBuild and manage automation workflows using Power Automate.\nWork with SQL Server for data management, queries, and integration requirements.\nCollaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.\nTroubleshoot, test, and continuously improve AI agents, automations, and enterprise integrations.\nFollow best practices for AI development, automation, security, and enterprise system integration.\nRequired Qualifications\nHands-on experience developing AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nExperience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems such as: ServiceNow (SNOW)\nMicrosoft Intune\nSharePoint\nOther enterprise platforms.\n\nStrong experience with Power Automate.\nExperience working with SQL Server.\nExperience developing AI Digital Workers or similar AI-powered automation solutions.\nAt least one relevant AI certification is required.\nFluency in at least two of the following languages:English and Spanish\nEnglish and Portuguese\nPortuguese and Spanish\n\nPortuguese proficiency is preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations.\nExperience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.\nExperience with Microsoft's AI and automation ecosystem.\nKnowledge of enterprise security and data privacy considerations for AI solutions.\nExperience working with APIs and enterprise system integrations.\nExperience working with large-scale automation
