You will sell IT staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and AI-driven professional services, with a focus on the SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow ecosystems.\nThis is a senior, revenue-generating role for a hunter. You will start as an individual contributor with full ownership of your pipeline, and you will have a clear path to commercial leadership as the business grows. The position is hybrid in Dallas.\nResponsibilities\n· Prospect and open new accounts through cold calling, networking, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator\n· Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets\n· Lead the full sales cycle, from qualification through negotiation, close, and account growth\n· Position our nearshore delivery model: time-and-materials engagements, dedicated teams, AI Pods, and long-term staffing\n· Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and procurement leaders\n· Identify opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation\n· Strengthen relationships with technology partners, including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce\n· Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to match client needs with available talent\n· Keep CRM data, forecasts, and KPIs accurate and current\nSkills and Qualifications\n· 8+ years in IT sales or business development\n· Proven track record selling IT staff augmentation and technology services\n· Strong experience selling talent and services across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow\n· Deep understanding of nearshore outsourcing models: time-and-materials, dedicated teams, and long-term contracts\n· Demonstrated ability to generate new business independently and close high-value deals\n· Experience engaging senior executives and positioning complex technology solutions\n· Established network within the U.S. IT industry is highly desirable\n· Experience building channel partnerships with SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Salesforce is a strong plus\n· Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools\n· Solid understanding of enterprise technology and emerging AI
