This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.\nAssignment description\nYou will join a Brand Experience Design team, a cross-functional group where curiosity, drive, and an interdisciplinary mindset are deeply valued. The team collaborates closely with multiple design disciplines to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow.\nAs a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of product launches. From early concept to final delivery, you will help craft bold, emotionally engaging visual narratives that elevate the brand and bring products to life across multiple touchpoints.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and lead graphic design task for product launches and brand experiences - from early concept to final delivery\n\nCollaborate closely with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints\n\nTranslate complex ideas and product features into simple, emotional, and premium visual narratives\n\nContribute to the evolution of the company's visual language across physical and digital platforms\n\nQualifications and skills required for the role\n3+ years of professional experience in graphic design following projects from idea to production.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.\n\nProficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects\n\nSolid understanding of turning initial concepts and designs into reality through a variety of production methods and material limitations.\n\nA strong understanding of branding and developing a consistent and cohesive expression.\n\nExperience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams\n\nAbility to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution\n\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and verbal\n\nPersonal attributes\nStrong drive, independent and organized as well as a good team player\n\nExcellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, able to drive concepts and ideas forward\n\nPersistency to pursue targets and take decisions\n\nAbility to manage competing project priorities and constraints\n\nComfortable working in flat and dynamic teams\n\nPassionate to work on ambiguous and complex future challenges\n\nCreative problem solver, structured, methodical, analytical\n\nHighly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules\n\nCultural awareness, especially Asian and European culture\n\nAdditional information\nTravels to China may be needed (approx. 1-2 trips per year).\n\nEveryone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate and is expected to be able to work autonomously\n\nFluent in English, spoken and written\n\nDriver’s license\n\nIT/SW requirements (if applicable)\nFigma\n\nAdobe Creative Suite\n\nThis role requires fluency in English.\nThis is a full-time consultant positionin Gothenburgthrough Incluso.
