Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.\n\nBackground:\nAs a Scrum Master in our organization you will work in two of our Scrum teams, facilitating, improving, coaching and supporting their way of working. The teams develop and life cycle hardware and software products for our internal packaging material production facilities that are located all over the world. You will also lead initiatives that promote continuous improvement across the entire organization\n\nSkill requirements:\nWe are looking for a leader that has a strong personal drive and commitment to meet complex challenges.\n\nYou are a \"people person\", where your passion is to develop and motivate others.\n\nYou possess excellent communication skills that helps you create passion and engagement.\n\nBuilding networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you.\n\nAs a person, you bring stability and drive for reaching results.\n\nYou will be acting in a context with many different perspectives, it is essential you are good at handling changes and dealing with ambiguity. You also excel in stakeholder management as well as adapting the Scrum framework to the team's context and needs.\n\nWe believe you have a technical education on university level.\n\nYou have at least 3-5 years of experience from Scrum Master roles preferably in both hardware and software context.\n\nExperience from line management or project managent will be considered a plus.\n\nYour communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.\n\nThis is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with.
