Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced disability services professional with a background in rostering, service coordination and operational administration, alongside hands-on disability support experience.\nWorking closely with Team Leaders and Operations Management, you will coordinate staffing, maintain service agreements and compliance records, and support efficient day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.\nWhile primarily operations-focused, the role also involves up toeight hours of direct participant support per week, requiring initiative, sound judgement and a commitment to quality, person-centred care.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Do\nCoordinate participant services, service agreements and new participant commencements.\nManage daily rostering, shift changes, cancellations and replacement coverage to maintain continuity of supports.\nMaintain accurate participant, workforce, timesheet and operational records.\nSupport compliance activities, incident follow-ups, worker onboarding, training and documentation requirements.\nRespond to operational enquiries and escalate complex matters or service risks to Team Leaders.\nPrepare operational reports, trackers and service delivery updates.\nIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and service efficiency.\nDeliver up to eight hours of direct participant support per week, providing safe, person-centred care aligned with participant goals and support plans.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in NDIS administration, service coordination, rostering or workforce scheduling.\nPractical experience delivering disability support services, ideally with participants with diverse or complex needs.\nUnderstanding of NDIS service agreements, support plans, safeguarding, compliance and documentation requirements.\nKnowledge of SCHADS Award rostering principles, or a willingness to learn.\nStrong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.\nConfidence using Microsoft Office and workforce or participant management systems.\nClear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, Support Workers and operational leaders.\nSound judgement and the ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately.\nWillingness to balance operational responsibilities with hands-on participant support.\nEssential Requirements\nCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one before commencement.\nCurrent Working with Children Check, where required.\nCurrent First Aid and CPR certification.\nCurrent Australian driver’s licence.\nAppropriate working rights in Australia.\nBenefits\nWhat we offer:\nWe offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.\nWe offer a wealth of training and development opportunities to help you enhance your skills and achieve your career goals, including a diverse range of courses, certifications, and personalised coaching.\nWe offer flexible work arrangements, with both casual and part-time options to support your work-life balance.\nWhen you join Incluso Services, you know you are joining an organisation that is driven by our values and innovation.
