We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineerto join our team in Bangalore and help build a new product from the ground up.\nWho You Are\nYou are a strong product engineer who can work across the stack and take full ownership of a production web application. You care deeply about performance, reliability, and user experience. You understand that getting a feature to work is only the beginning-you think about latency, failure modes, observability, scalability, edge cases, and how the system behaves under real-world load.\nYou are comfortable moving between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and external integrations to solve problems end-to-end. You thrive in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve quickly and engineers are expected to make strong technical decisions independently.\nResponsibilities\nFull-Stack Engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain production-grade web applications.\nOwn features end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend services and infrastructure.\nBuild clean, maintainable, and scalable application architectures.\nDevelop robust APIs and backend systems.\nIntegrate third-party APIs and external infrastructure.\nWork closely with product, design, and protocol engineers to rapidly ship high-quality features.\nPerformance & Reliability\nTake applications from early-stage prototypes to production-grade systems.\nImprove frontend performance, page load times, API latency, and responsiveness.\nIdentify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across the stack.\nBuild resilient systems that handle dependency failures gracefully.\nImplement caching, retries, fallbacks, idempotency, and failure recovery where appropriate.\nEnsure systems perform reliably under high traffic and rapidly changing workloads.\nReal-Time Systems\nBuild applications that consume and display large amounts of frequently changing data.\nDesign efficient WebSocket, streaming, polling, and event-driven architectures.\nHandle asynchronous state and race conditions across frontend and backend systems.\nEnsure data remains accurate, fresh, and consistent across application components.\nFrontend Engineering\nBuild responsive and highly performant user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.\nDesign scalable component and application-state architectures.\nOptimize rendering performance for complex, data-intensive interfaces.\nBuild polished user experiences across desktop and mobile.\nMaintain a high standard for product quality and attention to detail.\nBackend Engineering\nBuild and maintain backend services supporting application logic and data processing.\nDesign scalable APIs and data models.\nWork with databases, caching systems, queues, and event-driven services.\nImprove observability through logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.\nDebug complex production issues across application and infrastructure layers.\nEngineering Ownership\nOwn major technical areas of the product.\nMake architecture and technology decisions with long-term maintainability in mind.\nSet a high bar for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational reliability.\nConduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor other engineers.\nProactively identify technical debt, scalability limitations, and reliability risks.\nWork closely with the founding and engineering teams in a highly iterative environment.\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of software engineering experience.\nStrong production experience with TypeScript and React.\nExperience building and operating backend services.\nStrong understanding of web application architecture, APIs, databases, and caching.\nProven experience improving the performance, reliability, and scalabilityof production applications.\nStrong understanding of asynchronous systems, concurrency, networking, and application state.\nExperience building applications that process real-time or frequently changing data.\nExperience debugging complex issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and external dependencies.\nStrong product instincts and attention to detail.\nAbility to independently own technically complex projects from architecture through production.\nComfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with significant ambiguity and ownership.\nBased in Bangalore or able to work regularly from our Bangalore office.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building high-performance financial, trading, crypto, or data-intensive applications.\nExperience with Web3 or blockchain applications.\nExperience integrating wallets, blockchain RPCs, indexers, or onchain infrastructure.\nExperience with WebSockets, streaming systems, or event-driven architectures.\nExperience with Postgres, Redis, queues, and caching infrastructure.\nExperience with Next.js and Node.js.\nExperience designing highly available systems with strong observability and monitoring.\nExperience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and production operations.\nFamiliarity with application and infrastructure security.\nExperience at an early-stage startup where you owned significant parts of a product.\nWhat We Value\nWe care about engineers who combine strong technical fundamentals with excellent product judgment.
