If so, we want to meet you!\nEssential Job Functions:\nIndependently manage day to day project and/or team activities and issues on global projects across multiple organizations, geographies, and business areas.\nEnsure the use of formal project and program management processes and tools.\nTake on critical projects at the request of, and report to, the Senior Leadership Team.\nInterface with senior management on significant matters, often requiring the coordination of activity across organizational units.\nParticipate in the development of teammates by facilitating training, providing feedback and guidance.\nActively manage projects to achieve key performance indicators and proactively discuss any corrective courses of action with customers and internal team.\nIdentify and manage significant risks, develop mitigation plans, bring clarity and solutions to complex situations that have high ambiguity, and lead the delivery of several, diverse projects at the same time.\nWork closely with Business Development to generate Project Plans from Project Proposal documentation.\nAssess project management training needs and select training tools for team members.\nAct as a mentor to less-experienced staff and may provide work direction or supervise other employees.\nSpecial Job Requirements:\nProven consummate customer service professional; ability to forge strong customer relationships.\nAdvanced knowledge of all phases of drug development, of the functions and processes relevant to drug development, and project management principles applicable to the biopharmaceutical environment.\nA minimum of 8 years total relevant industry work experience including a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing services.\n3+ years of experience managing large budget &/or commercial projects.\nAbility to inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal.\nAptitude in supporting a patient-centered best in class service organization.\nStrong cross-functional negotiating and decision-making skills.\nAdditional Preferences:\nPMP/PgMP certification required, or ability and willingness to obtain certification.\nUndergraduate degree or equivalent.\nAdditional info about INCOG BioPharma Services:\nAt INCOG BioPharma we have built a world-class CDMO for parenteral injectable drugs.
