This is a key role supporting trusted data, self service reporting and evidence led decision making across the organisation. Our customers sit at the heart of what we do, and our colleagues are the people who’ll help us achieve our vision, which is to create the best customer experience to improve everyday lives.\nDuties include:\nOwn and manage the Data & Insight demand intake process, ensuring requests have clear business sponsorship, requirements, outcomes and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate triage, prioritisation and backlog management across reporting, analysis, data quality, regulatory and transformation activity.\nMaintain visibility of work in progress, dependencies, blockers, risks and benefits through agreed reporting routes.\nProvide day-to-day management of Data & Insight team workflow, capacity planning and delivery priorities.\nSupport and develop team members, encouraging consistent standards, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\nEnsure data and reporting requests follow agreed governance, prioritisation and approval routes.\nEscalate risks, dependencies, data quality concerns, delivery conflicts and resourcing pressures through the appropriate governance forums.\nSupport adoption of consistent data standards, data ownership, data dictionary activity and use of reporting and insight.\nContribute to the development of self-service reporting, Microsoft Fabric readiness, AI governance and improved organisational data maturity.\nRequirements\nExperience of managing data, reporting, insight or business intelligence demand in a complex organisation.\nExperience of coordinating priorities, requirements, delivery plans, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.\nPrevious experience of managing or developing a team, with a focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.\nWorking with business stakeholders to define reporting, insight, data quality or performance requirements.\nImproving processes, governance or ways of working so data and insight activity is more transparent, prioritised and outcome focused.\nWorking with senior colleagues and service leads to support evidence-led decision making and organisational performance improvement.\nStrong planning, coordination and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demand and maintain a clear delivery backlog.\nStrong analytical thinking, with the ability to understand data quality issues, dependencies, risks and the value of insight to services.\nKnowledge of how trusted data and insight support customer outcomes, regulatory assurance and business decision making.\nRight to work in the UK - Visa sponsorship is not available. \nBenefits\nSalary of £60,000 per year \nSocial Housing Pension Scheme with up-to 10% employer contribution \n28 days annual leave that increases with service plus bank holidays \nOption to buy and sell annual leave \nTraining, development, and qualification opportunities\nOur Hub: our wellbeing and benefits site, with exclusive access to discounts and savings (at over 800 retailers)\nCorporate health scheme membership\nAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme\nCycle to work scheme\nLocal gym membership discounts.\nA team of trained Mental Health First Aiders who are available for colleagues to contact for support\nJoin Our Team!\nWe’re looking for great people to join us!
