{"id":1997508,"url":"https://alion.io/job/incora-cms-technician-4","title":"CMS Technician","company":{"id":2931847,"name":"Incora","domain":"incora.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/incora","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workday","truth_index":{"grade":"B","score":75,"open_postings":10,"ghost_share":0,"stale_share":1,"repost_share":0,"time_to_fill_p50_days":null,"computed_at":"2026-10-16T05:45:00Z"}},"role":"Field & Service","role_family":"Field & Service","seniority":null,"employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Wichita, United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":32000,"max_usd":71000,"period":"year","method":"role_country_seniority_unknown","sample_n":17090},"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":false},{"name":"Outlook","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2025-06-02T00:00:00Z","employer_posted_date":"2025-06-02","last_verified_at":"2026-10-16T19:59:32Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":501,"trust":{"level":"stale","repost_count":0,"flags":["stale"],"days_open":501},"description":"Our Incora Story is really taking off - we’d love you to join us for the journey.\nWe are currently seeking an exceptional Inventory Chemical Management Technician here at Incora.\nAs the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry our people Customers are at the heart of our business.\nThe Chemical Management Technician (CMS Technician) is accountable for representing company values, quality, and commitment, for maintaining adequate stock levels, and performing value added functions of chemical management on the customer site or our warehouse locations.\nAbout You:\nMaintain strong knowledge of company products including, but not limited to, hardware, chemicals, tooling, and electric components, services, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer plans and specifications.\nMonitor production floor bins and storage cabinets to determine when replenishment of stock is required.\nPerform regular inventory inspections for shelf life/ expiration dates as required.\nConduct basic analysis/sampling and review of chemical compatibility to determine potential required actions to conform to customer requirements and industry regulations, as required. \nPerform chemical additions to process tanks per written guidance from customer laboratory.\nEnsure availability and coordinate delivery of necessary chemicals for additions to be processed.\nPackage and prepare material for shipment.\nUtilize hand scanners to scan stocking locations on the customer site and transmit replenishment orders to company mainframe for processing.\nReceive and verify product and documentation to ensure accuracy of inventory required for the customer specifications and site.\nGather, deliver, and stock: inventory storage cribs and fill bins/cabinets on the customer site accurately with required orders.\nLevel load production floor bins as necessary due to back-order conditions, as required.\nUtilize pallet jacks, drum dolly’s, drive forklifts, and/or order picker, when trained/certified.\nMaintain floor cleanliness, apply labels, and repair and/or replace bins, cabinets, and racks, as required.\nMaintain communication with customer Production Floor Supervisors and Lead Persons to assist in new add part numbers, bin changes, and bin quantities.\nCommunicate part expedites, quality issues, and/or other problems to the Lead, the Customer Program Supervisor, or Customer Program Manager for root cause analysis, communication, and implementation of a resolution.\nActively seek and recommend process improvements to the Lead, The Customer Program Supervisor, or Customer Program Manager, to increase efficiency and accuracy.\nAccommodate special requirements which may be established by the customer, including but not limited to work schedule changes, required overtime, working holidays, and weekends, as needed.\nConduct periodic data reviews (including but not limited to drain, clean, and refill data) to support machine maintenance as it pertains to fluids to ensure optimum performance.\nProcess machine maintenance as required by draining, cleaning, and replenishing materials as required.\nFollow established work procedures to assure compliance with all customer site requirements in accordance with safety and security processes; in addition to alignment with Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies including OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, and RCRA requirements.\nPerforming Waste Management (Where applicable by contract/site)\nAttend regularly scheduled customer or company-sponsored meetings and/or training, as required.\nGas cylinder deliveries, dispensing, down packing, and liquid nitrogen dewar filling.\nAbility to travel, as necessary, between customers’ sites.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMore About You:\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required\nAssociate's degree in a closely related field, such as Inventory Management, Logistics, Chemistry, Engineering, etc. is preferred\nExperience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal and external customers, serving various levels of the company.\nDemonstrated excellence and commitment to a safe and hazard free workplace.\nDemonstrated basic knowledge and/or competency pertaining to chemical compatibility (Balancing pH levels, etc.) preferred.\nMust be able to actively support and wear PPE (Respirator, Face Shield, Apron, Gloves, etc.) as required.\nHazwoper Training (40 Hours) required.\nDOT Training required.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nClear and accurate data entry and documentation skills\nStrong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers.\nAbility to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required\nAbility to be cross trained in multiple critical areas of the department. \nStrong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel, as applicable and/or required.\nMust be open to schedule changes and demands, to facilitate customer needs.\nMust have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record\nMost importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.\nCourage Take ownership for issues and problems.\nCollaboration Share knowledge and experience with others\nCommitment - Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way.\nCommunity - We value our world and everyone who shares it.\nWhat Incora can offer you:\nAn exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story. \nWe want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive's programs. \nIncora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees. \nFull-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
