This role involves overseeing month-end closing, statutory reporting, and audits, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, auditors, and the Financial Controller, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations across multiple regions.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the full spectrum of Financial Accounting & Reporting and Tax Compliance functions.\nReconcile the ledger balances and ensure that accounts are accounted for.\nPerform month-end closing activities and be responsible for timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting.\nPrepare reports as required by stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.\nProvide support to the process of rebate and commission due to customers and suppliers and provide calculations.\nCalculating intercompany recharges and manage the recharge process.\nInitiate and support process improvement projects.\nParticipate and support management's initiatives and reports.\nResponsible for the annual statutory audit process and local statutory compliance submissions and ensure timely completion.\nPrepare indirect tax (e.g. VAT / GST / SST) submissions and Corporate Income Tax returns for countries in APAC.\nSupport corporate secretarial matters, including statutory compliance and liaison with external company secretaries.\nSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting activities.\nMaintain documentation and filing and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.\nParticipate in bank and treasury-related matters and reporting activities as required.\nLiaise with external auditors and coordinate audit-related matters to ensure timely completion of statutory audits.\nWorking actively with Financial Controller.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA).\nAt least 5 years of experience in operational accounting and financial reporting.\nExperience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) or an organization of similar size and complexity is preferred.\nPrevious experience in external audit or an audit background is preferred.\nAbility to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nPositive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.\nReliable, proactive, and solution-oriented in approaching challenges.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as experience using Copilot or other AI tools to improve productivity.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with teams in China.\nSo, if you feel that the above describes you well and would like to be part of developing the Incora Story, apply now -
