This position is required to ensure all products arrive with the required documentation, including test reports, process and raw material certifications, etc. to ensure compliance with customer specific requirements and trackability, thereby avoiding non-conformance to the end user.\nKey Activities:\nResponsible for inspecting and verifying that the quality\nAssure documents. Received are applicable, complete and accurate in relation to the product received, in accordance with department work instructions.\nResponsible for trouble shooting the situation to communicate appropriately to internal and external customers, and suppliers, and as seek a resolution for the appropriate required documentation.\n.\nAbout Role:\n· Perform quality assurance review through verifying the received materials and required certification package (i.e., Test Reports, Raw Materials Reports, Manufacturers Certification of Conformance, Process Certifications, Shelf Life, Storage Requirements, and evidence of part numbers and lot numbers) for part traceability and document accuracy in compliance with customer/product requirements\n· Utilize inventory management and client quality systems/portals as an active company quality representative notating material information and/or discrepancies; document and segregate/placards as required\n· Review and assign shelf life and storage conditions in the inventory management system based on product and customer specifications\n· Release conforming material consistently (with the following information: lot/batch, expiration date, bin location, placards, and labels) for warehouse processing (stock put away, picking, shipping, etc.)\n· Perform root cause analysis and communication actively with the procurement team and suppliers/vendors to resolve discrepancies for non-conforming materials as required\n· Observe temperature recording devices on storage units, (i.e. freezers) and perform required actions and release appropriate communications when outliers/failures occur.\nAbout You:\n High School Diploma or GED\n· Experience Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS 9120 preferred Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal customers, serving all levels of the company\nProven ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills Clear and accurate data entry and documentation\nStrong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously\nAbility to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required Basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word is required.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity\nMost importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.\nCourage Take ownership for issues and problems.\nCollaboration Share knowledge and experience with others\nCommitment - Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way.\nCommunity - We value our world and everyone who shares it.\nWhat Incora can offer you:\nAn exciting package that includes a great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story. \nWe want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive's programs. \nIncora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees. \nFull-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
