This\nperson is in daily contact with the customer in a production or warehouse environment (such as: mechanics, maintenance team, customer's management team, etc.) and is usually the first point of contact for the customer on\nbehalf of Incora.\nAs an On Site Inventory Associate travelling may be required between customer sites as well as from Incora's chemical and hardware warehouses. job-related activities, sustaining excellent customer relationships \nMaintain strong knowledge of Incora products (including, but not limited to: hardware, chemicals, tooling, and electric components), services, inventory systems, quality requirements, and customer plans and specifications\nMonitor production floor bins and storage cabinets to determine when replenishment of stock is required\nPerform regular inventory inspections for shelf life/ expiration dates as required\nUtilize hand scanners to scan stocking locations on the customer site and transmit replenishment orders to Incora mainframe for processing\nReceive and verify product and documentation to ensure accuracy of inventory required for the customer specifications and site\nGather, deliver, and stock: inventory storage cribs and fill bins/cabinets on the customer site accurately with required orders\nLevel load production floor bins as necessary due to back order conditions\nUtilize pallet jacks, drum dollys, drive forklifts, and/or order picker, when trained/certified\nMaintain floor cleanliness, apply labels, and repair and/or replace bins, cabinets, and racks, as required\nPractice and promote good housekeeping within the on-site work environment\nRespond to hazardous material releases and provide spill cleanup according to Safety & Health standards while utilizing and interpreting chemical detection devices and associated equipment\nMaintain communication with customer Production Floor Supervisors and Lead Persons to assist in new add part numbers, bin changes, and bin quantities, with the On Site Representative and/or Program Manager\nCommunicate part expedites, quality issues, and/or other problems to the On Site Representative, Onsite Supervisor, or Program Manager for root cause analysis, communication, and implementation of a resolution\nActively seek and recommend process improvements to On Site Representative, Leads, Supervisor, or Program\nAbout You:\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required\nSome college within the required or a closely related field (such as Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.) is preferred\nMinimum of 1-2 years of relevant inventory management, material handling, and production experience required\nHazwoper Training (40 Hours) preferred\nRelative JIT, VMI or 3PO experience, within the aerospace industry preferred\nExcellent, proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact\nDemonstrated ability to serve in liaison and/or as a trained and reliable company representative, with positive results\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal and external customers, serving various levels of the company \nExcellent organizational and time-management skills \nClear and accurate data entry and documentation skills\nStrong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously \nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers\nAbility to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required\nAbility to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department\nStrong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel, as applicable and/or required\nMust be open to schedule changes and demands, to facilitate customer needs\nMust have the ability to drive from customer site-to-site, as necessary\nMust have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance
