supply chain issues.\nAccountability and Scope\nOversee and coordinate daily onsite inventory management and replenishment activities.\nAct as the primary customer contact for operational issues, escalations, and service-related concerns.\nCoordinate activities and provide guidance, support, and training to Onsite Representatives.\nLiaise with customers and internal departments to resolve inventory, supply chain, quality, and service issues.\nMonitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.\nProduce, analyze, and communicate operational reports, inventory metrics, and performance indicators.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through analysis of inventory and supply chain data.\nLead implementation of new line-side locations, inventory programs, customer requirements, and process changes.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nSupport a safe and hazard-free workplace and ensure adherence to all environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nMaintain strong relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate and prioritize daily activities for Onsite Representatives to ensure customer requirements are met.\nServe as the escalation point for inventory shortages, quality issues, material expedites, and customer concerns.\nPartner with Customer Program Supervisors, Customer Program Managers, Operations, Purchasing, and other internal departments to resolve issues.\nReview inventory data, replenishment activity, and customer demand trends to identify and address potential supply risks.\nGenerate, maintain, and distribute operational metrics and performance reports.\nConduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, service failures, and supply chain disruptions, and implement corrective actions.\nLead efforts related to bin sizing, min/max adjustments, new part introductions, and inventory optimization.\nCoordinate implementation of new customer requirements, inventory systems, and operational processes.\nIdentify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.\nTrain and mentor Onsite Representatives on procedures, systems, safety requirements, and best practices.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.\nParticipate in customer reviews, audits, operational meetings, and performance discussions.\nMonitor housekeeping, inventory presentation, and workplace organization standards.\nSupport staffing coverage, workload balancing, and operational continuity as needed.\nTravel between customer locations as required.\nPerform other duties as
