This is achieved by working with all employees to increase the company’s efficiency, effectiveness and profitability by identifying and facilitating opportunities for improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the technical subject matter expert for aircraft products, providing guidance on product specifications, requirements, drawings, and resolving customer technical queries in a timely manner.\nLead investigations into customer product and service concerns, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions to drive customer satisfaction.\nAct as the primary customer-facing technical representative, providing professional support and building strong relationships to understand customer requirements and expectations.\nIdentify, lead, and implement customer-focused improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, service quality, and long-term customer relationships.\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers, driving continuous improvement activities that support business objectives.\nLead, coach, and develop the Inspection team, ensuring capability, competence, and resource readiness to meet current and future business requirements.\nEstablish, monitor, and drive improvement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support departmental and company objectives.\nEnsure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and internal policies and procedures.\nParticipate in cross-functional and company-wide continuous improvement activities to enhance business performance.\nComply with all Health & Safety, Data Protection, and company policies, procedures, and standards.\nUndertake other duties as reasonably required in support of the role and business needs.\nRequirements:\nRelevant education in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing desired)\n3+ years of relevant experience working\nAerospace experience will be an plus\nExperience in problem resolution/root cause analysis\nSome experience leading continuous improvement activities\nSome experience in customer/supplier technical quality concerns\nAdvance English language proficiency (other APAC languages desirable)\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nGood presentation skills\nStrong influencing and relationship-building skills.\nSo, if you feel that the above describes you well, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story, apply now - we can’t wait to hear from you!\n About us\nIncora™ (a merge of 2 great companies’: Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft) is a leading, global provider of innovative supply chain solutions.
