This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.\nKey Activities:\nReceive material from vendors and enter data in computer\n\nCount and record material to ensure accuracy\n\nPull or stock materials using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning system, as required\n\nUtilize scale to weigh and/or hand count product per warehouse/customer specifications\n\nUtilize label printer to prepare labels as required\n\nReturn remaining product to proper location\n\nMost importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.\nCourage Take ownership for issues and problems.\nCollaboration Share knowledge and experience with others\nCommitment - Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way.\nCommunity - We value our world and everyone who shares it.\nAbout Role:\nLearn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of Incora Warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures in all work practices and decisions\nCount, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements\n\nPackage and prepare material for shipment\n\nUtilize carrier and third-party shipping system to ship product\n\nPerform timely cycle counts and inventory audits to support an accurate inventory management system\n\nCompose paperwork/correspondence, analyze, troubleshoot, and reconcile inventory discrepancies\n\nMeet established standards for quality and productivity, including but not limited to: on-time delivery percentage and customer acceptance rates\n\nFollow safety regulations in all work processes promoting a safe and hazard free work environment\n\nUtilize pallet jacks, and/or order picker, when trained/certified\n\nAbout you:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n\n1-2 years general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in professional daily interaction with internal and/or external customers as required\n\nAbility to be alert and aware of warehouse safety issues and safeguards\n\nAbility to work well within a team environment and independently, as needed Ability to be detailed oriented and perform basic research, if required.\n\nAbility to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as needed Understanding of DOT and EPA guidelines for transporting hazardous materials, as required\n\nEmployees must be able to prove compliance with ITAR requirements; and where applicable must be able to meet FAR requirements for security clearance'\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity\n\nWhat Incora can offer you:\nAn exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story.\nWe want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive's programs.\n\nIncora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees. .\n\nFull-Time Non-Exempt employees receive up to 80 hours of Vacation per year, increasing with length of service.
