and leading and assisting in locating appropriate product with a radio frequency system or an inventory data\nbase program.\n\nThe Warehouse Lead will ensure the required quantities and sizes are pulled, counted, weighed ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications: perform data entry; and follow customized requirements with trained knowledge of quality standards and customer specifications.\n\nMaintain and apply accurate knowledge and understanding of Wesco Warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures in all work practices and decisions\n\nUse and/or oversee the utilization of scales to weigh and/or hand count product per warehouse/customer specifications\n\nUse and/or oversee the utilization label printer to prepare labels\n\nLead or monitor packaging and preparation of products for shipment, ensuring there are accurate product counts for the order received, and that customer specific requirements are met in the bagging and labelling the product\n\nUse and/or oversee the utilization of the carrier and third-party shipping systems to ship product most efficiently\n\nEnsure remaining products are returned to the proper location\n\nMaintain and track status of customer orders, using a computer database system\n\nServe as a point of contact for Quality, Customer Service, and Sales with regards to product or kit issues, inquiries and progress/status, within areas of responsibility\n\nUtilize pallet jacks, drum dolly’s, drive forklifts, and/or order picker, when trained/certified\n\nMentor and/or trouble-shoot with less experienced personnel to assist in resolving customer and/or product issues\n\nProvide monthly productivity numbers for functional areas of responsibility to appropriate management personnel\n\nPrepare and file employee training records conducted within department\n\nMaintain documentation of all quality stamps and records for AS and/or ISO certification, as applicable\n\nObtain cross-training to assist in other Warehouse functions, as cross trained and required\n\nCommunicate with team and set the example for established standards for quality, safety and productivity, and following established policies and procedures\n\nAttend regular and impromptu departmental meetings and company trainings, as required\n\nSupport organizational and operations efforts to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations including OSHA, DOT, IATA, and RCRA (as applicable to the facility)\n\nAbout You\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nRecent, forklift certification training and current forklift license, is preferred\n\nValid driver's license and sustained acceptable driving record, may be required.\n\nRequired 3-5 years warehousing experience in an aerospace environment or equivalent experience\n\nDemonstrated ability to analyze situations, trouble shoot, and resolve warehouse issues successfully\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate less-experienced warehouse personnel\n\nDemonstrated ability to teach and train less experienced employees by utilizing multiple methods of training and resources (such as on the job training, reading materials, testing, etc.) to ensure compliance with Wesco Work Instructions, specific customer requirements, and safety requirements\n\nProven ability to be alert and aware of safety issues and safeguards, and apply safety standards\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity\n\nQualifications\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\n\nClear and accurate data entry and documentation skills\n\nStrong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nExcellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers\n\nAbility to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research to investigate discrepancies as assigned\n\nAbility to be cross trained in multiple critical areas of the warehouse\n\nStrong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook\n\nIntermediate competency with Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable)\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal and/or external customers\n\nAbility to work well within a team environment and independently, as needed\n\nAbility to train and share knowledge of the integrated database systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as needed.\n\nVery importantly we want to be with you to help your career take off and become part of the Incora Story.\nSo, if you feel you have all of this, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story apply now we can’t wait to hear from you.\nThe description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.
