# Principle Software Engineer

Incorta is an enterprise data and analytics platform. Incorta Apps lets business users build and share AI apps on their Incorta data. As a Principal Engineer, you'll set the technical direction of the product end-to-end. You'll work closely with product, design, and leadership to turn business goals into architecture, and you'll stay hands-on in the code. YOU WILL Own the architecture and technical roadmap of Incorta Apps, tying technical decisions to business outcomes like adoption, readiness, and cost. Design and build reliable, secure, and cost-efficient platform components across AI agents, data governance, and cloud infrastructure. Partner with product management, design, customer-facing teams, and customers to transform complex needs into shipped designs. Operate and scale our multi-tenant cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud and Kubernetes. Lead design reviews, drive high-severity incident resolution, and write critical production code. Mentor senior engineers and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to leadership.
