You'll turn established content strategies and creative direction into short-form videos, edits, trends, and posts that reflect the brand's voice, connect with our audience, and drive engagement.\nThis is a behind-the-camera role focused on shooting, editing, and directing content. You won't be required to appear on screen. You'll report to the Content Director, collaborate closely with the Content Manager on the publishing calendar, and supervise the Social Coordinator.\nKey Responsibilities\nContent Creation and Production\nShoot, edit, and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.\nCreate Reels, TikToks, carousels, and Stories tailored to each platform's specifications.\nIdentify relevant trends and adapt them quickly while maintaining Resilia's brand voice.\nRepurpose footage from brand shoots, agencies, and creators into engaging social content.\nCreative Ideation and Strategy\nPitch at least three new content ideas every week during the Monday newsroom, each supported by a strong hook and creative reference.\nDevelop repeatable content formats and series based on established content tracks.\nTest different creative approaches and use performance insights to refine future content.\nIdentify successful formats and recommend opportunities to scale them.\nContent Quality and Brand Standards\nEnsure all content aligns with Resilia's brand voice, sound guidelines, and approved claims.\nPrepare and submit posts for approval through the content calendar within established deadlines.\nMaintain consistency in quality, messaging, and presentation across all social platforms.\nTeam Collaboration and Supervision\nSupervise and provide direction to the Social Coordinator on content execution and publishing.\nWork closely with the Content Manager to coordinate content production and scheduling.\nSupport the community team during periods of increased inbox volume.\nQualifications\nMust Have\n2-3 years of experience creating short-form social content for a consumer brand, preferably in DTC, CPG, or wellness.\nA portfolio showcasing Reels and TikToks personally shot and edited, ideally with performance results.\nStrong editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools, including pacing, captions, sound, and on-screen text.\nExperience shooting content using a smartphone or small camera setup, with a good understanding of lighting and framing.\nStrong awareness of social media trends and the judgment to determine which trends align with brand identity.\nCreative, proactive, and comfortable pitching new ideas regularly and incorporating feedback.\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, files, content versions, and approval workflows.\nNice to Have\nExperience in wellness, supplements, or other regulated industries, with an understanding of approved marketing claims.\nBasic motion graphics and design skills for creating carousels, covers, and other social assets.\nExperience supervising, mentoring, or providing creative direction to junior team members.\nHow Success Will Be Measured\nConsistent publishing cadence, with every post approved and aligned with brand guidelines.\nThree new content ideas pitched weekly, with at least two approved for production.\nGrowth in engagement across organic social content, working toward a median of 300+ engagements per Instagram post.\nDevelopment of successful, repeatable content formats that become regular content series.\nConsistent quality and timely execution across all assigned social
