This role is ideal for\nsomeone who can manage a content calendar, coordinate approvals, maintain a consistent\nbrand voice, engage with the community, and use performance data to support social media\ngrowth.\nRole Overview\nAs the Content Manager, Social, you will run Resilia’s social media newsroom, owning the\ncontent calendar, scheduling, approval coordination, community management, and performance\nreporting. Reporting to the Content Director, you will lead daily execution across Instagram,\nTikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.\nYou will collaborate with a content creator, a creative agency, and Soona creators to ensure\ncontent is delivered on time, approved before publication, and aligned with Resilia’s brand voice.\nYou will also own paid social boosting from setup through performance monitoring and\nreporting.\nYour goal is to turn an established content strategy into a consistent, engaging, and\nwell-managed social media presence that builds an active community.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Social Media Calendar and Publishing\nOwn and maintain the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok,\nFacebook, and YouTube.\nCoordinate content scheduling, deadlines, and approvals to ensure all posts are\napproved before publication.\nEnsure content is published accurately, consistently, and on schedule.\n2. Content Coordination and Approvals\nCoordinate with the Content Director, content creator, creative agency, and Soona\ncreators to keep content production moving.\nTrack content status, feedback, revisions, and approvals to prevent delays.\nEnsure all published content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign\nobjectives.\n3. Community Management\nMonitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions across social media\nchannels.\nRespond promptly and authentically, maintaining a consistent and human brand voice.\nIdentify recurring questions, audience feedback, and opportunities to strengthen\ncommunity engagement.\n4. Paid Social Boosting\nOwn the end-to-end process for boosting social media content.\nCoordinate campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring.\nTrack results and recommend adjustments to improve engagement, reach, and overall\nperformance.\n5. Performance Tracking and Reporting\nMonitor channel performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, and\ncontent effectiveness.\nPrepare regular performance reports and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for\nimprovement.\nUse data and audience insights to inform future content planning and execution.\n6. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nReport to the Content Director on publishing progress, approvals, community activity,\nand channel performance.\nKeep stakeholders informed of upcoming content, outstanding approvals, and potential\npublishing delays.\nMaintain organized workflows and clear communication across all contributors.\nQualifications and Requirements\nProven experience managing social media channels for a brand, organization, or\nconsumer-facing business.\nExperience managing content calendars, scheduling, publishing workflows, and approval\nprocesses.\nHands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.\nStrong community management skills, including responding to comments and direct\nmessages in a natural, brand-appropriate manner.\nExperience managing paid social content boosting, including campaign setup, budget\ncoordination, and performance tracking.\nAbility to interpret social media analytics and translate performance insights into\nactionable recommendations.\nExperience coordinating content creators, agencies, and other creative partners.\nExcellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.\nHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple channels and deadlines\nsimultaneously.\nAbility to work full-time during EST hours.\nSchedule and Logistics\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nWorking Hours: EST hours
