You'll have opportunities to use tools such as Claude and other AI agents to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.\nIf you enjoy solving technical challenges, exploring new technologies, and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAWS Infrastructure: Design, manage, and maintain our multi-account AWS environment, including cloud resources, networking, security, and access management.\n\nInfrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.\n\nContainers & Deployment: Manage Docker containers, ECS/EKS clusters, and Kubernetes deployments using Helm.\n\nCI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Serverless Framework, and related tools.\n\nMonitoring & Reliability: Monitor system health and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch. Troubleshoot incidents and implement long-term improvements.\n\nNetworking & Security: Manage VPCs, routing, firewalls, DNS, IAM, and other security configurations to ensure secure and reliable operations.\n\nCost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize AWS resources, reduce unnecessary spending, and improve infrastructure efficiency.\n\nCollaboration & AI Tools: Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues across different environments and leverage AI-assisted tools for automation, debugging, and code review.\n\nIncident & Operational Support: Participate in an on-call rotation (1 in 3 weeks), provide backup support for database administration, and occasionally assist with office IT systems, servers, and workstation setup.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and incident reports, and share knowledge with the team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 4 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or a similar role, preferably in production AWS environments.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform, including infrastructure provisioning, state management, and automation.\n\nExperience with Docker, container management, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience using Ansible for configuration management and automation.\n\nGood knowledge of Linux administration, Bash scripting, and networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, VPC, DNS, firewalls, and routing.\n\nExperience managing EC2 instances and virtual machines.\n\nHands-on experience with at least 3 AWS services, such as RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, S3/CloudFront, API Gateway, or Lambda.\n\nExperience with Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch for monitoring, dashboards, and alerting.\n\nProficiency in Bash and at least one additional scripting language, preferably Python.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\n\nGood communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, with the ability to review and verify AI-generated outputs.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, and cluster management.\n\nKnowledge of multi-account AWS environments, AWS Organizations, and Control Tower.\n\nExperience with AWS cost optimization, including Reserved Instances and Savings Plans.\n\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and IAM security.\n\nExperience with Serverless Framework, Bitbucket Pipelines, Kibana, or OpenSearch Dashboards.\n\nBasic database administration knowledge, including SQL queries, troubleshooting, and performance
