Join our team in Madrid and help us to grow the analytics service by revolutionizing digital analytics within the Southern Europe market!\nWe are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant who will provide detailed solutions to achieve maximum conversion and increase turnover for the business. As part of the Data & Analytics team, you actively participate in the projects carried out by Incubeta. These projects cover a wide range of services, including data collection, data analysis, dashboarding, CRO, and Cloud 4 Marketing projects. You will also actively participate in the Data & Analytics offers. Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will help prioritise web analytics requests, tasks & deliverables according to business needs across different Industries. This is an exciting time to join as our Data and Analytics team is going through a big period of growth.\nRole and Responsibilities\nLead the promotion of Data / Analytics Marketing maturity framework to our clients.\nEnsure the quality of deliverables sent to the client. (Analysis, presentations, etc.).\nFollow a structured action plan punctuated by various milestones.\nEnsure data quality & accuracy.\nOversee operational and technical implementation with junior profiles or data engineers / data scientists.\nAddress issues related to digital activity management using key performance indicators.\nGuide clients in optimising website conversion through analysis and optimisation of online media purchasing.\nProvide data analysis services for clients, focusing on industry-specific indicators in areas such as travel, telco, retail, financial services etc.. to ensure alignment with their business objectives.\nYour character\nBusiness acumen.\nYou are passionate about technology and how it can shape the online advertising industry & ecosystem to the benefit of our customers.\nYou feel comfortable communicating both internally and with our customers.\nAnalytical mindset, coupled with exceptional written and oral communication skills.\nYou have a proactive & cooperative approach to problem-solving.\nYou are able to translate customer needs and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.\nYou are able to work independently whilst being able to work in a diverse cross-functional team.\nYou are autonomous in your work and projects.\nYou have a knack for finding innovative solutions.\nYou want to keep learning and developing your expertise.\nYour profile\nMinimum 2 - 3 years experience working on digital analytics projects, especially Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4).\nProven expertise in online acquisition channels: search engines (SEO, SEM, bid-management tools), display ads, email marketing, social media, AdExchange, mobile apps, and more.\nFluent in Spanish and good knowledge of business English (Portuguese & Italian are a plus).\nSound understanding of the Southern European and specific Spanish online advertising industry - knowledge of the underlying technology, major tech providers, agencies landscape, and online media buying & selling processes including the programmatic buying landscape.\nPreferable but not essential ability to code/script in support of customer requirements (SQL and/or JavaScript and/or Python).\nExperience in designing and building solutions with ETL, TMS, Web Analytics tools, etc.\nStrong in strategic analysis and profound advisory skills.\nProven track record of successful business development gained at a media agency or advertiser level.\nProven knowledge in Google Analytics 360.\nStrong understanding of all digital marketing channels, ad technologies, cross-media solutions.\nAdvanced project management skills.\nKnowledge of Analysis techniques applied to Marketing.
