You will work at the intersection of business, customers, and engineering - translating needs and ideas into a clear product direction, well-defined requirements, and valuable features delivered by the team.\nThe role requires strong ownership of the product backlog, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to make informed product decisions in a complex technical environment.\nYour daily responsibilities\nOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is focused on the highest-value initiatives\n\nTranslate business and customer needs into clear epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria\n\nDefine and communicate product vision and roadmap, balancing business value, customer needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity\n\nGather, structure, and validate requirements with customers and internal stakeholders\n\nCo-design platform functionalities across APIs, UIs, integrations, and communication flows\n\nMake informed decisions about scope, priorities, and trade-offs between delivery speed, product value, and technical debt\n\nAct as the key link between business and customer stakeholders and the engineering team\n\nStructure communication, facilitate alignment, and ensure clear ownership and expectations across stakeholders\n\nLead and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against business and product requirements\n\nMaintain clear and structured documentation of initiatives, epics, and user stories throughout the product lifecycle\n\nProduce functional specifications and documentation when needed after feature delivery\n\nTrack product performance and user feedback after release and use insights to inform future priorities and roadmap decisions\n\nWork closely with engineering and other stakeholders to continuously improve the product and ways of working\n\nWe need you to have\nProven commercial experience as a Product Owner working in a Scrum team\n\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate options and make clear product decisions\n\nProven, structured approach to end-to-end backlog management\n\nExperience translating business and customer needs into actionable requirements, epics, and user stories\n\nGood understanding of software development processes and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams\n\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs and understanding of how APIs are used within modern digital products\n\nAbility to understand and discuss technical constraints without needing to be a hands-on developer\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nProactive communication style, including the ability to structure meetings, set expectations, and establish clear ownership boundaries\n\nComfort working with ambiguity, changing requirements, and shifting priorities\n\nStrong ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility for product decisions and backlog priorities\n\nAbility to balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines\n\nExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments\n\nGood command of English, both spoken and written\n\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience working with IoT platforms or connected products\n\nExperience with data analytics and data-driven products\n\nExperience working with data-intensive platforms, data processing, or data lakehouses\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted and agentic ways of working and tools\n\nExperience using AI tools such as Claude or similar solutions in your product workflow\n\nAwareness of security considerations in product design\n\nExperience working with cloud-based products and services\n\nExperience working with products involving APIs, integrations, or distributed systems\n\nProduct & Technology Landscape\nYou don't need to be a software engineer, but you should feel comfortable working with a technically complex product environment.\nThe product landscape includes:\nCloud services\n\nIoT platforms and connected devices\n\nData processing and analytics\n\nData lakehouses\n\nREST APIs and integrations\n\nAtlassian stack\n\nAI-assisted product and engineering
