We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join the SEP4G and international solution development team.\nYou’ll be working on secure, high-availability digital identity solutions used in Denmark and internationally, collaborating with experienced architects, developers, business analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and fellow testers. The team places a strong focus on quality, IT security, applied cryptography, and reliable digital identity solutions.\nYour daily responsibilities:\nTake part in analysing changes to business logic and identifying test objectives and scenarios for new functionality.\nDesign, write, maintain, and execute test cases covering new and existing functionality.\nMaintain, improve, and expand the test automation setup.\nDevelop and maintain automated functional and REST/API tests using Cucumber.\nExecute tests across different operating systems, web browsers, and mobile devices.\nAnalyse test results, investigate defects, and contribute to risk assessments of identified issues.\nParticipate in release and deployment activities.\nWork closely with developers, architects, business analysts, Product Owners, and other testers to ensure high-quality solutions.\nContribute to continuous improvements of testing processes and practices within the Scrum team.\nWe need you to have:\nTechnical education in software development, computer science, testing, or a related field.\nHands-on experience in software testing, with a solid understanding of test processes and test design techniques.\nISTQB Foundation certification.\nExperience testing across different operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices.\nExperience with test automation and automation tools such as Cucumber and Playwright.\nExperience writing Playwright implementations, including Cucumber step definitions\nExperience with Java\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience with Jira and test management tools is an advantage.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken.\nOur Architecture and Technology Stack:\nMethodology: Agile, Scrum\nTest Management: Jira, Test Management Tools\nTest Automation: Cucumber, Playwright\nAPI Testing: REST/API\nPlatforms: Web, Android, iOS\nProgramming: Java is a plus\nVersion Control: Git\nOur offer:\nIn addition to a great company and challenging projects, we can offer much more, i.e.\nHybrid work model -
