Overview\nThe Security\nRisk, GRC & Compliance Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of the\norganization's cybersecurity risk, governance and compliance program.\nThis role is\nresponsible for maintaining accurate risk and compliance information,\ncoordinating audit readiness, managing evidence, supporting security\nassessments and tracking remediation.\nThe ideal\ncandidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to independently manage\nrecurring GRC activities while appropriately escalating material risks and\nissues.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nMaintain the cybersecurity riskregister and track remediation activities.\n\nSupport cybersecurity riskassessments and document findings.\n\nSupport SOC 2 and PCI readinessactivities, where applicable.\n\nMaintain the security controlframework and documentation.\n\nCoordinate control testing andevidence collection.\n\nSupport external audits andsecurity assessments.\n\nTrack audit findings, remediationplans and due dates.\n\nManage customer securityquestionnaires and security due diligence requests.\n\nSupport third-party cybersecurityrisk assessments.\n\nMaintain security policies,standards and related documentation.\n\nPrepare cybersecurity metrics,dashboards and management reporting.\n\nMaintain audit and complianceevidence in a centralized manner.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automateevidence collection, questionnaires, reporting and recurring GRC\nactivities.\n\nEscalate material security,compliance or control issues to Security leadership.\n\nPartner with Technology, Securityand business teams to obtain required information and close identified\ngaps.\n\nRequirements\n4-7 years of experience incybersecurity GRC, information security, risk, compliance or a related\ndiscipline.\n\nExperience with SOC 2,cybersecurity controls and audit readiness.\n\nFamiliarity with PCI requirementspreferred.\n\nExperience managing riskregisters, evidence, control testing and remediation tracking.\n\nStrong documentation andorganizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multipleworkstreams and deadlines independently.\n\nStrong written and verbalcommunication skills.\n\nFinancial services, fintech orregulated-industry experience preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with GRC platforms andautomation tools preferred.\n\nRemote- US
