success.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Delivery Management\nOwn and drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise software development projects from initiation to production rollout.\nManage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nEstablish and maintain detailed project plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.\nTrack project health through metrics, reporting, and governance mechanisms to ensure successful execution.\nPrepare and present executive-level project updates, delivery roadmaps, risk assessments, and progress reports to leadership and clients.\nEnsure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions within agreed timelines.\nTechnical Leadership & Product Expertise\nAct as a strong technical counterpart to Engineering and Product teams, participating in architecture reviews, solution discussions, and technical planning.\nPossess hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks including .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, Cloud Platforms, Databases, and Enterprise Integrations.\nStay current with emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered enterprise solutions, and assess opportunities for adoption within projects.\nDevelop a deep understanding of assigned products, platforms, and business domains, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).\nEvaluate technical approaches, understand system dependencies, and facilitate informed decision-making between business and engineering stakeholders.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business language for clients and non-technical stakeholders.\nDrive technical discussions with customers, internal teams, and leadership while ensuring alignment on solutions and delivery expectations.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nBuild strong relationships with customers by understanding business priorities and ensuring transparency in project execution.\nLead client meetings, requirement discussions, status reviews, escalation management, and delivery governance sessions.\nEffectively manage stakeholder expectations while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.\nDemonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.\nAgile & Scrum Leadership\nServe as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, and release planning.\nChampion Agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nMonitor team performance, velocity, and delivery metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in development along with 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery Management, or related roles.\nProven experience managing end-to-end enterprise software development projects in Agile environments.\nStrong technical understanding of software architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software development practices.\nExperience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Business teams.\nDemonstrated success in managing client-facing projects and executive stakeholder interactions.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently lead technical and business discussions.\nStrong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering SaaS, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital transformation projects.\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development life cycles.\nExperience working directly with global customers and distributed engineering teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA smart,
