He/She plays a key role in synchronizing supply chain and logistics activities while meeting deadlines, cost targets, quality and regulatory standards.\nJob Description:\nDevelop and monitor shipment and/or distribution plans based on forecasts, clinical needs, QC plans and Control Tower heuristic plan.\nCoordinate inbound (raw materials, components) and outbound (finished goods, QC IPC) flows with carriers and warehouses.\nOptimize transportation and storage costs while ensuring high service levels.\nManage and update planning parameters in the Control Tower system (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.).\nAnalyze Lead Time coverage and anticipate requirements to prevent shipment distruption.\nMonitor and resolve potential logistics issues (customs clearance, international transport, supplier delays).\nTrack KPIs (OTIF, stock levels, service rate) and identify improvement opportunities.\nTake part in transversal projects (digitalization, E2E Control Tower, automation and bots development).\nExperience & Skills\nLogistic or Transport Scheduling ideally in a GMP pharma / biotech environment. \nProven expertise in MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP (ECC).\nExcellent collaboration skills to align with cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving abilities to address optimization challenges.\nResilient and results-driven mindset, capable of delivering under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-orientedenvironment.\n\nProfile Requirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.\nExperience: 5-10 years in planning, logistics, supply chain or import/export. \nDisclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
