Les activités comprennent la pesée des matières et leur mise en solution. Le département est également responsable de la logistique du matériel en production : réception et distribution des items single-use, nettoyage et autoclavage du matériel réutilisable.\nFONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS\nPiloter les équipements de production et réaliser les IPC selon les GMP\nExécuter les taches de production selon le planning défini\nParticiper aux activités d’entretien et nettoyage de la zone\nRelever les écarts qualité, les documenter dans les systèmes qualité\nSe rend disponible et participe aux investigations\nExécuter le plan de formation défini par le responsable dans les délais (théoriques et pratiques)\nForme au besoin les autres collaborateurs dans son domaine de compétence\nExécuter des activités liées à la libération de lots : revue et commentaires d’exceptions, clôture des batch record\nExécuter les protocoles de qualification des équipements de la zone\nParticiper aux efforts d’amélioration continue à travers la mise en application des principes 5S et la participation au Gemba en zone\nAgir en tant qu’exemple pour les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer la production en temps voulu des lots et proposer de manière proactive la résolution des problèmes\nContribuer positivement à une forte culture d'intégrité, de transparence et d'éthique\nAgir dans le respect des exigences légales et de conformité ainsi que des directives de l'entreprise\nDélégation à : Senior technicien ou superviseur\nEXIGENCES\nFormation technique ou scientifique (CFC ou équivalent - Bachelor HES - DUT/BTS) dans le domaine de la pharmacie industrielle ou toute expérience équivalente en industrie chimique, agroalimentaire pharmaceutique ou biotechnologie (3 ans minimum)\nTravail de shift (+ week-end selon le département)\nFlexibilité sur les horaires - Travail de journée occasionnel\nCapacité à travailler dans un environnement exigent et hautement réglementé\nEsprit d'équipe\nExpérience de terrain en production cGMP\nDisclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
