This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and teams, taking ownership of services and working across a variety of technologies and environments.\n\nUnlike highly specialized engineering roles, this position offers exposure to a broad range of operational, administration and support activities across Microsoft cloud services, collaboration platforms, hybrid infrastructure and internal technology initiatives. You will be working on both customer-facing and internal projects, helping ensure reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing improvements and technical initiatives.\n\nWorking as INDEAVR Cloud Operations Engineer you will excel at: \n\nProviding operational support and troubleshooting across Microsoft cloud services, collaboration platforms and infrastructure components\n\nInvestigating, prioritizing and resolving incidents, service requests and operational issues\n\nAdministering SharePoint Online sites, permissions and related collaboration services\n\nManaging user access, permissions and identity-related requests\n\nSupporting platform migrations, operational improvements and technical initiatives\n\nTroubleshooting issues independently and collaborating with other technical teams when escalation is required\n\nSupporting Atlassian, GitHub and other business-critical platforms from an operational perspective\n\nParticipating in service improvement, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities\n\nWorking across both customer environments and internal company systems\n\nContributing to infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives\n\nAssisting colleagues with technical challenges and day-to-day operational needs\n\nIdentifying recurring issues and opportunities for process optimization\n\nWhat we look for: \n\nPrevious experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration or a similar role\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting\n\nExperience with SharePoint Online administration, including sites, permissions and access management\n\nExperience troubleshooting end-user, platform and access-related issues\n\nUnderstanding of Active Directory, identity and access management concepts\n\nExperience working with ticketing systems and IT Service Management processes\n\nGood understanding of permissions, authentication and authorization concepts\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to investigate issues independently and determine when escalation is required\n\nAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple issues in a dynamic operational environment\n\nStrong communication skills and professional English proficiency, with the ability to work closely with users, customer representatives and cross-functional technical teams\n\nProactive attitude, ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support\n\nWhat we will value but NOT insist on: \n\nExperience with ShareGate or other migration tools\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian products\n\nExperience with GitHub administration and support\n\nExperience with Power Platform\n\nPowerShell scripting knowledge\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft cloud services and hybrid environments\n\nBasic networking knowledge\n\nRelevant Microsoft certifications\n\nINDEAVR will provide you with: \n\nBusy, dynamic and involving workday\n\nExperience and performance-based remuneration package\n\nDirect financial and mentorship support for professional and personal development\n\nOpportunity to work within a culture that actually stimulates knowledge and experience sharing\n\nINDEAVR is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
