Choose INDEAVR.\n\nWe are currently looking for a skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, supporting and continuously improving Microsoft 365 services, ensuring reliable operations and delivering excellent user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.\n\nWorking as INDEAVR Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer you will excel at:\n\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and user issues across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem\n\nManage users, groups, mailboxes, licenses and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID\n\nPerform platform administration, configuration changes and operational maintenance activities\n\nSupport Microsoft Teams collaboration, Exchange mail flow, SharePoint sites and OneDrive storage\n\nWork with ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, changes and problem records\n\nWork closely with offshore and international teams to support global Microsoft 365 operations\n\nParticipate in major incident resolution and technical escalations\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate or other Microsoft technologies\n\nContribute to operational documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures\n\nEnsure compliance with security, governance and operational best practices\n\nParticipate in service transition, continuous improvement and customer-facing technical discussions\n\nWhat we look for:\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments\n\nStrong working knowledge of several of the following technologies:\n\nExchange Online\n\nIntune\n\nSharePoint Online\n\nMicrosoft Teams\n\nOneDrive for Business\n\nEntra ID (Azure AD)\n\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center\n\nUnderstanding of licensing and identity management\n\nUnderstanding of Conditional Access, MFA and RBAC\n\nExperience working with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)\n\nStrong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills\n\nExperience working in an enterprise support environment\n\nWhat we will value but NOT insist on:\n\nKnowledge or experience with hybrid environments\n\nBasic networking understanding\n\nMicrosoft 365 Certified\n\nINDEAVR will provide you with:\n\nBusy, dynamic and involving workday\n\nExperience and performance-based remuneration package\n\nDirect financial and mentorship support for professional and personal development\n\nOpportunity to work within a culture that actually stimulates knowledge and experience sharing\n\nINDEAVR is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
