A relocation package is available upon moving to Austin and commencing employment.\nThe Role\nThe Senior Financial Analyst will join the FP&A Team under the Strategy department and play a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and supporting business transformation. As an individual contributor that operates highly independently with minimal supervision, you will take full ownership of building, enhancing, evolving and running the commercial finance partnership with the US Revenue department and respective FP&A activities and processes. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nBusiness Partnership & Commercial Finance\nPartner closely with the US Revenue team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.\nSupport pricing, customer profitability, commercial terms, renewals, and new business opportunities.\nDevelop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate profitability and support commercial decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to improve revenue performance and profitability.\nDevelop a strong understanding in cost drivers like payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance.\nFP&A, Forecasting & Performance Management\nOwn monthly revenue and gross profit forecasting, with clear visibility into pricing, volume, mix, and cost drivers.\nSupport annual planning, budgeting, and performance management processes .\nDeliver reporting, analysis, and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.\nReconcile financial and sales data to ensure integrity and improve forecast accuracy.\nContinuously improve reporting, processes, and governance to drive efficiency and better decision support.\nCollaborate closely with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure robust support for the Revenue function.\nIdentify manual bottlenecks in the current FP&A cycle. Design and implement automated workflows to reduce time spent on data manipulation.\nCross-Functional & Strategic Support\nPartner with Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure a robust month-end close process.\nLead or support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A.\nAct as a highly independent individual contributor, operating with minimal supervision and strong ownership.\nOthers:\nLead assigned ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives under the Global Commercial Finance and FP&A areas.\nServe as a key contributor to cross-functional programs and transformation efforts.\nWhat you'll need\n6+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance, including direct support to revenue/sales teams in high-growth environments.\nProven ability to partner with commercial stakeholders and influence decision-making, including exposure to senior leadership.\nHighly independent and self-driven, with strong ownership and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.\nAdvanced analytical and modeling skills, with experience working with large datasets and building robust financial models (Excel/Google Sheets).\nStrong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.\nA track record of looking at a manual, 4-hour task and finding a way to do it in 15 minutes using modern productivity tools.\nComfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to troubleshoot complex spreadsheet formulas, summarize large datasets, or bridge gaps between different software systems.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience in a PE backed company\nExperience in tech, marketplace, or staffing industries.\nWhat you’ll get\n$90,000 - $120,000 salary per annum\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and 401K\nPerformance-based bonus\nAccess to Company & Employee Benefits\n25 days PTO (prorated) + Birthday Off\n8 Paid Holidays \nDuvet days (½ day off every quarter)\nVolunteer days\nAbout Us\nWe’re helping people get jobs by modernising the world of temporary work.
