Commercial & omnichannel analytics.\n\n2. Medical affairs and insights.\n\n- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and architectural frameworks.\n\nAI/ML & GenAI Solution Enablement:\n\n- Architect and guide development of:\n\n1. Predictive analytics models (forecasting, segmentation, targeting).\n\n2. NLP and text analytics (medical content, literature mining).\n\n3. GenAI use cases (copilots, automation, knowledge management).\n\n- Define GenAI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and governance models.\n\n- Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and business-aligned.\n\nData Strategy, Governance & Compliance:\n\n- Define and implement data strategy covering data lakes, warehouses, and AI-ready platforms.\n\n- Establish data governance frameworks (quality, lineage, metadata, stewardship).\n\n- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and data privacy standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).\n\n- Drive responsible AI and secure data access models (Solution A or Manager | Word).\n\nStakeholder & Client Engagement:\n\n- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business, analytics, and IT stakeholders.\n\n- Lead:\n\n1. Solutioning discussions.\n\n2. Architecture workshops.\n\n3. RFPs, proposals, and POVs.\n\n- Translate AI/technical concepts into business value and executive narratives.\n\nLeadership & Delivery Excellence:\n\n- Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics teams.\n\n- Drive best practices across:\n\n1. AI solution design.\n\n2. Governance and compliance.\n\n3. Delivery excellence.\n\n- Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams.\n\nInnovation & Capability Building:\n\n- Drive adoption of GenAI and advanced analytics capabilities.\n\n- Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks.\n\n- Support GTM initiatives, innovation programs, and capability development.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nExperience:\n\n- 10+ years in AI/ML, Data Architecture, or Advanced Analytics.\n\n- Strong experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain (mandatory).\n\n- Proven expertise in enterprise-level AI solution design and delivery.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Expertise in:\n\n1. Python, R, SQL.\n\n2. Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks.\n\n- Experience with:\n\n1. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\n2. Data platforms (data lakes, warehouses).\n\n3. MLOps and AI deployment frameworks.\n\n- Strong exposure to GenAI / LLM ecosystems and AI governance.\n\nDomain Expertise:\n\n- Strong understanding of pharma data and analytics across:\n\n1. Commercial & Omnichannel.\n\n2.
