We enable healthcare organizations to be future ready and our customer obsession is our driving force.\n\nWe ensure that our customers achieve what they truly want.\n\nWe are bold in our actions, nimble in our decision-making, and industrious in the way we work.\n\nRole : Associate Manager - Data Engineering\n\nJob Description : \n\nThe Associate Manager Data Engineering will lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and reporting solutions for pharmaceutical clients.\n\nThe role requires strong technical expertise, pharma domain knowledge, and team leadership to ensure scalable and high-quality data solutions.\n\nExperience :\n\n- 9 - 10 years of experience in data engineering / data platforms\n\n- Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n1. Data Engineering & Platform Development :\n\n- Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data\n\n- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration\n\n- Work with data lakes, warehouses, and modern data platforms to enable analytics and AI use cases\n\n- Ensure high data quality, performance optimization, and reliability of data systems\n\n2. Data Architecture & Solutioning :\n\n- Collaborate with architects to implement data architecture strategies aligned to business needs\n\n- Support development of AI/ML-ready data ecosystems\n\n- Build reusable data frameworks and accelerators for analytics use cases\n\n3. Pharma Data & Domain Expertise :\n\n- Work with pharma datasets across Commercial & Omnichannel analytics\n\n- Apply domain business rules, data transformations, and compliance standards\n\n4. Data Governance & Compliance :\n\n- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards\n\n- Support implementation of regulatory requirements such as GxP, HIPAA, GDPR\n\n- Maintain metadata, lineage, and data quality frameworks\n\n5. Stakeholder Collaboration :\n\n- Work closely with analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and business teams to gather requirements\n\n- Translate business needs into technical data solutions\n\n- Support client discussions and provide data-driven recommendations\n\n6. Team Leadership & Delivery :\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers\n\n- Manage task allocation, code reviews, and delivery quality\n\n- Drive timely and high-quality project execution in a global delivery model\n\n7.
