Using expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, help inform strategies that connect pet parents with our services, ultimately improving the well-being of pets everywhere.\nJob Description/Key Responsibilities:\nDevelops and maintains performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Analyze performance and provide thoughtful recommendations for optimizations.\nResponsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing and web activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development and automation of regular reports.\nAnalyzes customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, etc.), data warehouse (Databricks) and campaign management software tools.\nAnalyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.\nAbility to evaluate data and translate into business insights to inform strategy across key company initiatives.\nSupports continued improvement of channel attribution capabilities and reporting.\nCollaborate across teams to analyze marketing campaign performance to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, and Email.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in statistics/analytics or related field required\n3-5 years of work experience in statistical or data analysis\nExcellent organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills\nMust have skills: Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Data Layer Implementations, and Microsoft PowerBI,\nProven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy \nPreferred\nExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable\nExperience growing revenues and measuring media impact metrics\nExcellent digital aptitude, significant familiarity with ad ops technology, and affiliate tracking and management tools.\nDemonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC, MAU) preferred\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nDelivers accurate, reliable marketing and web performance dashboards on an agreed cadence, giving stakeholders a clear view of KPIs, trends, and opportunities.\nTurns complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign efficiency, website conversion, audience growth, and revenue performance.\nDesigns and evaluates A/B and multivariate tests with sound methodology, clearly communicates results, and influences optimization decisions.\nAdvances channel attribution and funnel measurement so teams can better understand the incremental impact of marketing activities.\nBecomes a trusted cross-functional partner who anticipates business questions, manages competing priorities, and presents insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nCompensation:\nChicago Base pay range: $81,534 - $101,918 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for an annual bonus.
