Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands.\nDoubtless North America is hiring for an Associate Payroll Specialist, a new role within our growing Payroll team.\nPosition Summary\nThe Associate Payroll Specialist provides administrative, reporting, and operational support to the Payroll team. This role is responsible for maintaining payroll documentation, preparing audit and reporting materials, validating payroll-related data, and supporting service requests to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Payroll Operations\nMaintain payroll documentation, processing workpapers, audit files, and electronic records across shared platforms.\nPrepare payroll templates, reporting tools, processing trackers, and recurring support materials used throughout the payroll cycle.\nEnsure Data Accuracy\nPerform payroll-related data entry and review employee payroll information for completeness and accuracy.\nIdentify discrepancies involving employee records, timekeeping, leave administration, and payroll coding, escalating issues as needed.\nAssist with Audits & Compliance\nConduct routine timecard and payroll audits, documenting exceptions and preparing supporting analysis for review.\nCompile audit logs, exception reports, and payroll validation documentation to support compliance and payroll accuracy.\nManage Reporting & Administration\nGenerate recurring payroll reports, data extracts, and reporting packages for stakeholders and internal team members.\nMaintain payroll dashboards, trackers, and reporting resources that support payroll operations and decision-making.\nDeliver Employee & Team Support\nMonitor payroll support channels and route employee inquiries to the appropriate resources.\nAssist with ticket management, service request tracking, and payroll issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.\nWhat You' Bring\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate's degree or coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\n0-2 years of experience in payroll, administrative support, customer service, accounting, human resources, or a related function.\nExperience with data entry, reporting tools, or business systems preferred.\nInternship, co-op, or payroll support experience is a plus.\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines.\nStrong organizational and documentation skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a willingness to support employees and business partners.\nAbility to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.\nSuccess in This Role\nPayroll documentation, reports, and support materials are completed accurately and on time.\nData discrepancies and exceptions are identified and escalated promptly.\nAudit and reporting processes are executed consistently and efficiently.\nEmployee inquiries and service requests are handled professionally and routed appropriately.\nPayroll team members can rely on accurate administrative and operational support throughout the payroll cycle.\nWhy Join Doubtless North America\nAt Doubtless North America, we are committed to delivering exceptional service while creating an environment where employees can learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. The Payroll Support Specialist plays an important role in helping ensure payroll operations run smoothly and accurately for employees across the organization.\nCompensation\nPay range: $22.45 - $26.93 per hour. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire.
