Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands.\nJob Description\nDigital Workplace Domain Solution Architect\nM365, MS Email, SharePoint, LAPTOP image (MS and MAC) - MS Desktop Applications - Architect\nUnderstand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nProvides recommendations on buy versus build.\nEnsures technical solutions are being implemented as designed.\nCommunicates with stakeholders and ensures alignment on the solutions.\nKeep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.\nEnsures the technology solutions are aligned with the enterprise technology, vision, strategy, and roadmap.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned. \nExperience: 6 year’s relevant experience\nEducation: Must meet one of the following requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)\nAssociate’s Degree in a Technical Field\nCertification in relevant focus area\nLevel Specific Responsibilities:\nMay oversee the work of Solution/Application Architects to ensure the solutions are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy.\nResearches and identifies application opportunities around performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nMentors and shares applicable knowledge regarding design principles, implementation techniques, and emerging technologies and trends.\nAccountability/Complexity:\nMay manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product.\nMay be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.\nMay function as a team lead and assistant to the supervisor/manager.\nAll of our jobs come with great benefits including healthcare, parental leave and opportunities for career advancements.
