Our multi-brand and omni-channel approach include our own insurance carrier, insurance brands and partner brands.\nJob Summary:\nPTZ Pet Insurance is seeking a Website Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the digital experience strategy across DPIP North America’s partnerships portfolio of pet insurance brands, including ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, Figo, AKC Pet Insurance, Pets Plus Us, Employee Benefits, and future growth brands.\nThis individual will serve as the business owner for marketing websites and landing pages, overseeing website strategy, user experience, martech integrations, SEO and AI search optimization (AEO), performance measurement, and digital experience enhancements that drive traffic, leads, quotes, enrollments, and revenue.\nWorking cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Analytics, Product, and IT, the Website Marketing Manager will lead website modernization initiatives, optimize conversion pathways, manage the website technology ecosystem, and ensure websites effectively support enterprise marketing campaigns and business goals.\nJob Location: Hybrid, New York City preferred or Remote - USA\nMain Responsibilities:\nWebsite Strategy & Digital Experience\nDevelop and maintain the multi-year website strategy and roadmap across all brands. \nIdentify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, conversion, and lead generation. \nLead website redesigns, refreshes, migrations, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. \nDefine website governance, content standards, and best practices. \nPrioritize enhancements based on customer insights, analytics, business impact, and strategic objectives. \nChampion customer-first digital experiences throughout the website ecosystem. \nMartech & Technology Ownership\nServe as marketing owner of the website technology stack. \nPartner with IT and external vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize website technologies. \nManage integrations across: \nAnalytics platforms \nCRM systems \nMarketing automation tools \nPersonalization platforms \nTag management systems \nExperimentation tools \nLead capture solutions \nMaintain roadmap for future martech investments and capabilities. \nEnsure website platforms support scalability, performance, security, compliance, and accessibility requirements. \nSEO & AI Search Optimization (AEO)\nPartner with SEO specialists and content teams to develop organic growth strategies. \nLead implementation of technical SEO recommendations. \nSupport keyword, topic cluster, and content optimization efforts. \nBuild and execute AI search optimization strategies (AEO). \nMonitor search engine and AI platform evolution and adjust strategies accordingly. \nDrive improvements in: \nOrganic traffic \nSearch rankings \nAI search visibility \nLead generation \nWebsite engagement \nCampaign & Landing Page Enablement\nPartner with Brand, Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, and Content teams to support acquisition and retention campaigns. \nDevelop landing page strategies that improve campaign performance and conversion. \nRecommend user journeys and website experiences that support business objectives. \nEnsure campaign launches are supported with optimized digital experiences. \nEstablish testing and optimization plans for campaign-specific experiences. \nWork with Design and Content teams to create high-performing landing pages and digital experiences. \nPerformance Measurement & Analytics\nEstablish website KPIs by brand, channel, and business objective. \nDevelop dashboards and reporting frameworks. \nMonitor and communicate website performance including: \nTraffic \nEngagement \nConversion rates \nQuote starts \nQuote completions \nEnrollment outcomes \nSEO performance \nLanding page effectiveness \nIdentify opportunities through data analysis and experimentation. \nPresent business recommendations backed by analytics and customer insights. \nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with: \nBrand Marketing \nPerformance Marketing \nContent \nDesign \nLifecycle Marketing \nAnalytics \nProduct \nIT \nExternal Agencies \nLead cross-functional project teams for complex website initiatives. \nAlign stakeholders around priorities, timelines, business requirements, and success metrics. \nManage external agency and technology partner relationships where applicable. \nBasic Qualifications:\n4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, website marketing, digital product management, e-commerce, or related fields. \nExperience managing large-scale marketing websites. \nStrong understanding of: \nWebsite strategy \nSEO \nAEO \nUX/CX \nAnalytics \nConversion rate optimization \nMartech ecosystems \nExperience partnering with technical teams and IT organizations. \nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills. \nExperience translating business needs into technical requirements. \nAnalytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, subscription businesses, or other regulated industries. \nExperience with enterprise CMS platforms. \nExperience managing agencies and third-party vendors. \nFamiliarity with: \nGA4 \nGTM \nCMS platforms \nMarketing automation systems \nA/B testing platforms \nPersonalization technologies \nExperience supporting multi-brand organizations. \nCompensation:\nNational base pay range: $101,372 - $126,715 per year. New York base pay range: $166,367 - $207,960 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is eligible for bonus.
