We are looking for a skilled full stack developer to join our IR Software team!
Mission of our team
Our mission is to combine all Inderes products into the IR Suite Platform and create the best software tool to support a stock listed company’s day to day processes and we are well on our way with clients across the Nordic region (Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway).
What do we do?
Investor Relations (IR) is how public companies communicate with shareholders, analysts, and the investor community. It ensures transparency about the company’s performance and strategy, helping build trust and knowledge of the company’s business. Essentially, IR keeps investors informed and confident in their decisions.
As part of the team, you’ll help develop and maintain IR Suite, which enables companies to compose and distribute stock and press releases worldwide, manage investor relations pages, create widgets and snippets to embed on websites, monitor General Meeting and shareholder statistics and details and other IR events, and track investor sentiment as well as ownership structure and changes.
Our users include internal stakeholders, investor relations officers both in-house and external, and communications professionals. The platform is versatile and is also used by legal counsels and C-level users.
The Team
The IR Software Team is one of three software developer teams, at Inderes, consisting of 4 developers, product owner and designer. Our team works closely with our leading IR consultant team to tailor the best software optimized for IR professionals. Altogether, Inderes employs 20 software developers, and we collaborate across teams whenever beneficial.
We build new stuff with modern technologies
Our tech stack consists of modern technologies, such as Typescript, React, NextJS and Google Cloud Platform. We are constantly implementing new features and improvements.
Some areas of interest that we are currently working on are shareholder data enrichment and widening our distribution globally.
In your role, you will:
Work in a 4-person agile tech team to build and improve our Investor relation software platform.
Develop our Google Cloud infrastructure, tools and processes.
Work independently on full-stack development challenges.
Embrace AI with curiosity, helping shape how we adopt and apply emerging technologies.
Develop and enhance the UX for IR professionals and C-level users.
Contribute to maintenance work.
Technologies we use:
Frontend: React, Typescript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Firestore, BigQuery
DevOps & Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform GCP, GitHub
What we appreciate:
Experience: 5+ years in web application development.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with most of the technologies we use.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
Communication: Proficient in English.
You will participate in on-call rotation (≈1 week/month). Expected response time ≈1.5 hours.
Nice to have:
Experience in stock investing or even Investor relation processes or capital markets.
Seniority in Google Cloud infrastructure and robustness.
Experience or interest to improve our QA & Testing practices.
