practical, role appropriate, and aligned with organizational objectives, departmental priorities, applicable regulations, internal procedures, and evolving operational needs.\nMore specifically, the Clinical Trial Delivery Trainer will:\nTraining Strategy and Curriculum Development\nIdentify training and development needs across Clinical Trial Delivery in collaboration with functional leaders and subject matter experts.\n\nDevelop and maintain role-based training curricula, onboarding pathways, and learning plans for key Clinical Trial Delivery roles.\n\nCreate, update, and standardize training materials, learning resources, assessments, and supporting documentation.\n\nEnsure training content remains aligned with applicable regulations, company procedures, systems, and operational practices.\n\nDevelop, implement and maintain a sustainable and scalable training repository structure for Clinical Trial Delivery in compliance with the organization’s technical infrastructure\n\nRecommend and implement new training initiatives in response to business needs, process changes, quality trends, and employee feedback.\n\nTraining Delivery\nDeliver group and individual training programs for new and existing Clinical Trial Delivery employees.\n\nFacilitate instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and practical learning activities, as appropriate.\n\nProvide training on clinical trial processes, regulations, SOPs, systems, tools, and role-specific responsibilities.\n\nDeliver training on company systems, technologies, and operational processes supporting Clinical Trial Delivery.\n\nAdapt training approaches to support varying levels of experience and learning needs.\n\nCoordinate and facilitate refresher training when required.\n\nOnboarding and Role Readiness\nSupport the development and execution of onboarding programs for key Clinical Trial Delivery roles.\n\nCollaborate with managers and subject matter experts to define onboarding requirements and learning objectives.\n\nMonitor onboarding completion and support managers in assessing employee readiness.\n\nProvide guidance and support to new employees during onboarding and role transition.\n\nPromote consistency in onboarding practices across functions and regions.\n\nCoaching and Knowledge Transfer\nServe as a trainer, mentor, and resource for Clinical Trial Delivery employees.\n\nProvide practical coaching to reinforce training and support application of knowledge in day-to-day responsibilities.\n\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices across Clinical Trial Delivery functions.\n\nWhen appropriate, participate in observational or evaluation activities to assess competency and provide targeted coaching.\n\nMay accompany CRAs on-site or remotely for observation and evaluation visits (e.g., Oversight Visits)\n\nTraining Governance and Continuous Improvement\nCoordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the Coordinator Trainers, ensuring efficient workload distribution and timely completion of training-related tasks.\n\nContribute to training budget planning by providing cost estimates, recommendations, and business justifications for training initiatives.\n\nEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, competency evaluations, and operational quality metrics.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve training processes, content, tools, and delivery methods.\n\nSupport the implementation of new processes, technologies, and organizational initiatives through structured training and change management activities.\n\nParticipate in the development and review of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and other controlled documents, as applicable.\n\nProvide periodic updates and recommendations to Clinical Trial Delivery leadership regarding training effectiveness, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nRequirementsQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, clinical research, healthcare, education, or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or contract research organization (CRO) industry.\n\nPrevious experience in one or more Clinical Trial Delivery roles (e.g., Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Manager, Project Manager, or other clinical operations or project delivery positions).\n\nExperience delivering training, facilitating learning, coaching, mentoring, or supporting employee development; experience developing training materials, onboarding programs, or role-based learning plans is an asset.\n\nGood knowledge of ICH-GCP, Health Canada, FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements governing clinical research.\n\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, Clinical Trial Delivery processes, and cross-functional responsibilities.\n\nAbility to translate complex regulatory, operational, and technical information into practical and engaging learning experiences.\n\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners with varying levels of experience, responsibilities, and learning styles.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\n\nComfortable working in evolving environments and adapting to new technologies, systems, and industry practices.\n\nProficient in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French or another language is an asset.\n\nComfortable using AI-powered tools and productivity
