We are certified under ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and PCI DSS, and are classified by systemic bank clients as a critical ICT third-party provider under DORA.\nThe role\nWe are seeking a Power Platform Engineer (Mid to Mid-Senior) to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade tools and applications that create measurable value for our clients.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (Azure Functions, Microsoft Foundry) to optimize and automate business processes, leveraging frontier & open-weight LLMs.\n\nEngage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured, scalable, and compliant workflows.\n\nIntegrate solutions with cloud and on-premises data sources across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\n\nProduce technical specifications, solution documentation, and maintainable code, following best practices and CI/CD guidelines.\n\nConduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, DevOps, Operations) to support deployment and lifecycle management of Power Platform applications.\n\nStay current with the latest features, capabilities, and best practices of Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer/Engineer.\n\nStrong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\n\nExperience with data modeling, database design, data integration, and connections to multiple data sources.\n\nExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise software development principles and best practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, regulated environments.\n\nHands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, with attention to cost efficiency and low maintenance overhead will be considered a strong asset.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in modeling and data analysis with Power BI.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure-based CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across environments (UAT, PROD), as well as concepts of disaster recovery and availability.\n\nScripting knowledge (Python, TypeScript, React, PowerShell), for leveraging Azure Functions, Graph API operations, building PCF components.\n\nUnderstanding of regulatory & compliance requirements for digital platforms applicable in financial institutions.\n\nWorking arrangement\nHybrid, with 10 days per month on-site in our offices in Agia Paraskevi.\nWhat we offer\nA senior, engineering-driven team that values technical excellence and accountability\n\nHigh-impact projects for leading banks, fintechs and enterprise clients\n\nA company with a proven record of profitability and growth\n\nGrowth opportunities, private health insurance and expense card\n\nTraining and Upskilling budget\n\nSalary range: Between 26.000€ -
