INDEV holds ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and PCI DSS certifications.\nThe role\nYou will run the infrastructure behind these systems, from our own SaaS products in the cloud to on-premises deployments inside bank networks. You will join our DevOps team and will be collaborating closely with our engineering team to manage a continuous delivery cycle with frequent releases. You report to the CTO.\nWhat you'll do\nOperate and improve production Kubernetes clusters, including Azure AKS.\n\nManage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible across cloud and on-premises environments.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket Pipelines for Python and .NET applications.\n\nOwn monitoring, logging, alerting, and error tracking, and take part in incident response and post-incident reviews.\n\nRun and harden infrastructure for sovereign AI workloads: GPU servers, LLM serving, and the services around them.\n\nDeploy into client bank environments under their security and change-management rules.\n\nImplement controls and produce evidence for ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, and DORA: access management, backups, disaster recovery, patching, and vulnerability management.\n\nWrite runbooks and documentation that others on the team can follow.\n\nMentor engineers and review infrastructure changes.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, with production systems you were responsible for.\n\nStrong Linux administration and networking: DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs.\n\nProduction experience with Kubernetes and containers.\n\nInfrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.\n\nExperience with at least one major cloud, preferably Azure.\n\nCI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).\n\nScripting in Bash and Python.\n\nMonitoring and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Sentry, or similar).\n\nFluent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or DORA requirements.\n\nHosting or operating GPU workloads and LLM inference (vLLM, Ollama, or similar).\n\nWindows Server and IIS for .NET
