We are investing heavily in the areas buyers care about most, including streaming, sell-side decisioning, and Marketplace innovation, while staying grounded in transparency, neutrality, and partnership.\nIn this role, you will own day-to-day commercial relationships working across agencies, brands and buying teams to drive revenue growth and product adoption. You will play a key role in executing building relationships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.\nThis role blends commercial ownership with consultative engagement and plays a key role in shaping the buyer experience.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nA commercially minded buyer-facing professional with experience working across agencies, brands and/or buying teams\nStrong sense of ownership, comfortable managing a book of business and being accountable for results\nAble to build and maintain relationships across programmatic, investment, and commercial stakeholders\nCollaborative partner who can work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Publisher teams\nConfident communicator with solid programmatic and marketplace knowledge\nMotivated to grow into broader strategic responsibility over time\nHere’s what you’ll be doing:\nOwn and manage relationships across agencies, brands and/or buying teams in the US. \nDrive revenue growth and increased adoption of Index’s buyer-facing products across operating agencies and buying teams\nExecute strategies through QBRs, activation plans, and ongoing engagement\nAct as a consultative partner on SPO, marketplace quality, curation, data activation, and supply innovation\nMulti-thread relationships across traders, programmatic leads, and senior agency stakeholders\nIdentify and develop new commercial opportunities\nPartner closely with Buyer Account Management teams to activate agency strategies, deals, and marketplace initiatives\nShare buyer feedback and market insights internally to support Product and GTM priorities\nTrack buyer trends and performance to inform planning and account strategy\nRepresent Index in agency meetings and relevant industry forums\nHere's what you need:\n7+ years of experience in digital media with strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (SSP, DSP, exchange, PMP, agency trading desk, ad server, etc.)\nProven success in buyer-facing commercial or account management roles within ad tech or programmatic environments\nExperience working with or within agency holding companies, large agency groups and/or brands\nDemonstrated ability to manage a book of business and deliver against revenue and adoption goals\nConfidence presenting technical concepts and commercial recommendations to agency stakeholders\nSalary: The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $195,000 USD.
