Act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner.\nAdvanced Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, working directly with Product and Engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.\n Advanced Solution Design & Consulting: Work with publishers and internal teams (PDs, Sales, Product, etc.) to design and implement advanced, tailored solutions that drive performance and meet business objectives.\nProjects and Internal Initiatives: Work with internal teams on strategic initiatives that shape the vision of the company, using your technical and analytical skills to overcome roadblocks and provide insights that help to accomplish the project goals.\nCross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for clients’ technical needs and ensure seamless communication between teams.\nMentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Solutions Consultants and other team members, helping them build technical expertise and professional skills.\nProcess Optimization & Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within internal processes and suggest actionable solutions to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.\nTool Mastery: Become a subject matter expert on internal tools such as the Index UI, Looker, and Salesforce, using these tools to drive insights and client success.\nKnowledge Sharing: Develop internal and external documentation to streamline troubleshooting, integrations, and solution design processes.
