We move fast, build thoughtfully, and stay grounded in our core values.\nAbout the role:\nA Staff Software Engineer, Developer Experience sets the technical vision and strategy for how engineers across Index Exchange build, test, and ship software. Operating across teams and organizational boundaries, they identify the highest-leverage sources of friction in the software development lifecycle and mobilize the organization to remove them - sometimes by building tools directly, more often by setting direction, defining standards, and driving improvements to completion through the teams that own them.
